| Smith & Martinez have a combined 20 years experience in the Engineering/Architecture fields and deliver a professional product to our clients. Smith & Martinez offer As-Built building surveys/plans which are priced based on a case by case basis depending on the square footage of your building. The typical 3 bedroom 2 story row home would be priced at $500 and up for Architectural As-Built plans. **Additional charges are incurred for Elevations and Sections. Depending upon your needs, we offer three (3) types of As-Built plans. They are as follows: 1. Architectural The As-Built architectural plan is an accurate plan of all hard building surfaces (walls, windows, doors, steps, fixtures,floors and building dimensions). 2. Electrical /Fire Alarm The As-Built electrical plan will show all of the electrical fixtures/fire alarm/ security panels, etc on an architectural background As-Built plan. **No wiring will be shown. 3. Plumbing/ Mechanical The As-Built plumbing/mechanical plan will show all of the plumbing fixtures/exposed piping and ducts, etc on an architectural background As-Built plan. **For smaller residential projects it is possible to combine the architectural, electrical and plumbing As-Built plans into one master plan. Additional Services We also offer architectural elevations, building sections and 3D presententation views . Please visit the Gallery section for samples of our work. Sequence of Events Contact 1. The client contacts Smith & Martinez and explains the project. Site visit 2. Depending on the complexity of the project a site visit may be need to ascertain the scope of work. However most small projects can be gauged by pictures. Scope of work 3. Once the scope of work is established we will present the client with a proposal which describes the sequence of work and a list of deliverables to the client. Survey 4. Smith and Martinez will survey your project site. AutoCAD 5. We will then create your As-Built drawing on AutoCAD. Review 6. A draft PDF or paper copy of the As-Built drawing will be sent to the client for review. Final drawings 7. Upon client approval of the draft drawings, final As-Built drawings will be created and delivered. Payment 8. Payment is due upon receivable of the final drawings . We accept personal checks or cash. Deliverables Smith & Martinez will deliver the finalized product as follows: 1. PDF files,AutoCAD files and photos are on a CD for your use 2. Paper copies of As-Built drawings on 11x17 or 24 x 36 paper |
